We ensure that all divers adhere to the following guidelines:
- Certification: All divers must hold certifications matching the level of their dives. Whether you’re a novice diver or an experienced pro, we have the perfect diving experience for you.
- No Solo Diving: To ensure the utmost safety, we strictly enforce a no solo diving policy. Dive with peace of mind, knowing that you’re in the company of fellow adventurers or if you visit on your own – bring a guide from our experienced dive team.
- CCR Diving: If you’re engaged in Closed Circuit Rebreather (CCR) diving, you must hold CCR Cave Certification and possess certification for the specific unit you plan to use. If you are not certified yet, but want to take your diving skills to the next level we have instructors on site to help you on your journey.
Plura Valley

Plura Valley is a true gem for diving enthusiasts. Immerse yourself in the wonders of Plura Cave and unlock its secrets:
- Plura Cave Facts: Dive into the marble wonders of Plura Cave, where the maximum depth on the mainline reaches 34m. Venture 450m to the air chamber and experience the beauty of the nature, and the thrill of not knowing whats behind the next corner.
- Ideal Conditions: Plura Cave offers optimal diving conditions with water temperatures ranging from 1°C to 7°C. August boasts the warmest temperatures. Enjoy remarkable visibility typically between 30m and 50m, ensuring you don’t miss any of the mesmerizing underwater scenery.
- Year-Round Diving: Plura Cave is open for diving throughout the year. Experience the magic of this stunning dive site regardless of the season. – Convenient Access: Plura Valley is easily accessible. The cave is on the Plura Farm property, and is located only 200 meters from the Dive Center. The closest airport, Mo I Rana, Røssvoll (MQN), is just a 30-minute drive away and Hemavan (HMV) is a 2-hour drive away from Plura. Pre-booked transfers from both airports are available to ensure a seamless journey.

Explore the following locations and expand your underwater horizons:
- DS Ranheim: DS Ranheim is our “house wreck”, located 1 hour drive away (72km) from Plura. With a DPV this is a nice shore dive, the depths to experience this wreck is ranging from 25m to 40m.
- DS Torgtind: Embark on a shore dive with a Seacraft DPV and find this beautiful WWII wreck that is experienced between 55m to 75m depth. Easy accessible from shore. Distance from Plura: 2hr drive (113 km).
- Myklebostad Wall: Discover the awe-inspiring Myklebostad Wall with depths varying from 6m to over 100m, offering an exhilarating wall diving experience. Distance from Plura: 1 hr 10 min drive (70km).
- Dornier Aeroplane: Embark on an unforgettable adventure to the Dornier Aeroplane wreck (requires a 2hr drive in addition to a 30-minute boat ride from shore), maximum depth 30m.
- Litjåga Cave: Dive into the challenging Litjåga Cave best experienced with Sidemount gear, and navigate its depths during dry periods when the current is calmer. Less than 1 hour drive from Plura (54 km).

- Via Ferrata & Zip Line: Soar through the air on a thrilling zip line ride or conquer the heights of our regions best Via Ferrata route, combining breathtaking views and exhilarating adventures. Located in Mosjøen, 122km away from Plura.
- Til Elise Gourmet Dinner Experience: Treat yourself to a gourmet dinner experience at Til Elise, where delectable flavors and exquisite cuisine await. The by far BEST dining experience in the area. Make sure to book a table in advance though, they are always fully booked.
- Snowshoe Hiking: Explore the winter wonderland surrounding Plura Valley on a snowshoe hiking adventure, immersing yourself in the pristine landscapes. Location: On site.
- Cross-Country Skiing: Glide through the snowy terrain on cross-country skis, enjoying the tranquility and beauty of Northern Norway. Location: On site.
