Train in Pluragrotta with Plura Valley in Mo i Rana, Norway, or join selected courses and expeditions at international cave-diving destinations. This calendar lists confirmed Full Cave, CCR and technical-diving courses, open training dates, fully booked courses and selected events for 2026 and 2027.
Plura Valley offers expert-led SDI, TDI and SSI training. Course suitability is confirmed personally before booking because certification, experience and logged-dive requirements vary between courses.

How do open course dates work?
Open dates can be requested for any SDI, TDI or SSI course offered by Plura Valley, including instructor training. The first confirmed booking determines which course will run. Plura Valley then advertises the remaining places to other qualified students.

How do I book a cave-diving course?
Send your course request
Email your current certification, number of logged dives, training goal and preferred dates.
Confirm that the course is suitable
Plura Valley reviews your experience, prerequisites, preferred dates and instructor availability.
Secure your course dates
Pay the course deposit after the course and dates have been confirmed. Your dates are then locked and you receive the training materials.
Which languages are available for training?
Jani teaches in English and Finnish. Franco teaches in English and Spanish.
How quickly will Plura Valley reply?
Plura Valley normally replies within 24 hours. A reply may take a little longer when Jani is cave diving in an area without reception.
